Advice for Aspiring CTOs in the AI Era

What I would look at is obviously your teams have to use AI, right? Like it's eventually a free boost and if you don't take it, you're you're not getting the times. Then you can count on people being just more complete in their job roles, more able to admit task by themselves. And so give people the expectations that no, you're a back end engineer, but like you only get to ask the front engineer for help if you do like, I don't know, 3D graphics. if all you wanted was a form, you know, a tool

like BZero will do that for you. And and so that's making that process much faster. And so that's kind of the transformation that we're seeing. And on the other hand, if you're building a new product, it probably has to be an AI product. You can't go with the old times and like write deterministic software. There's such a new capability of possibilities of what you can do in this world where the software itself is smart that you just cannot ignore that. And it just it changes how we build software in the future.
