Let's talk about how v0.dev works and how you can use it to build products quickly.
Hey everyone, I want to talk through building your first application with AI. We're going to talk through vzero.dev, how you can make the most out of using these new AI tools and try to revisit things honestly from a beginner's perspective and explain how things work in hopefully an easy to understand way. So, let's get into it. I'm going to pull up my browser here. And here's a little outline of what we're going to talk through today. But we're going to start by looking at VZero. V0ero is an AI
assistant. With Vzero, you can ask it questions. It can help you build applications. It can help you better understand how to build products and generate highquality working code for you that you can deploy and build web applications and websites. Now, if you haven't seen Vzero before or you haven't worked with any of these AI type builder tools, that's okay. The way I like to think about it, which is honestly kind of funny, is the people with the ideas are so back. You ever have that friend
who says, "Hey man, I have a great idea for an app. All you got to do is we're just going to build this thing. It's going to take over the world. He's got to we got to build this screen and I can't pay you by the way, but I have this great idea for like those people are actually very empowered now. It's actually an amazing time to be a builder, to be a person who has an opinion about what they want to see in the world. So, let's say I go to Vzero and I really want to build my next idea. I want to take something out of my head and I want to make it real. That's what
Vzero can help you do. And I want to show a couple examples before we get into actually building our own just to help give you an idea of some of the things you could do. So maybe you want to be an entrepreneur. You want to make your own e-commerce store. You have some amazing ideas, but you're not sure exactly how to get that site online. You know, you want to do something custom because you really care
about how it looks and it feels, but you don't really know how to code. Well, that's okay. Actually, AI is making this much more accessible for many, many more types of people. Even if you haven't been a developer or an engineer before, maybe you're a project manager, a designer, maybe you have just some literacy with computers and how the internet works and you have these great ideas. Vzero can help make your ideas real. So, this is a nice example I really love of an e-commerce store that was published on the community here from
uh Coconut. The nice thing about the Vzero community is folks who are building on Vzero can publish these templates. You can take them and get started with them right away. You don't need to know how the code works and it just helps you build these ideas. Here was another one I thought was really interesting. I'm not going to be able to pronounce that random generated name, but uh it's a digital agency site. So, this is kind of nice looking. It's got a little gradient action going on. Okay, not too bad. It's pretty cool. Little menu bar. So you can do some websites,
but you can also do some web applications. Maybe you want to build more of a kind of internal dashboard for viewing the inventory of your e-commerce store for your kind of mom and pop business. You could do something like that. Um maybe you want to you just have this interesting idea for this app, but you're not sure exactly how to build it. This is where I see designers just absolutely thriving with Vzero. Maybe you want to build this visualization of
different time zones. And in the time zone, is it light out? Is it dark out? Um, very, very cool visualization I saw here. It's kind of trippy. Uh, 50 Shades of Time on the Vzero community. That one's very cool. Uh, this one was fun. The Nex.js typing game. Let's see. Should we uh should we see how my skills are? Let me uh crack those knuckles. All right. Um, well, first off, I got to click on here. Actually, can I type in full screen? Yes, I can.
