I get really giddy about all of this new products that will be brought to Market if you're willing to go further than the inertia of how that product was built in the past now that you have this AI that you can integrate into the design anytime you're starting from blank think about like is there something I could have given the user I'm replying to an email or I'm addressing a support ticket and starting from blank has nothing ever been said on this subject LMS are pretty good at you know wor smithing from the collective knowledge in memory of things
that are related the other one is again before that email before that support case gets filed could the user have helped themselves can we give them the copilot the assistance the personalization the contextual documentation the same goes for anytime you're presenting an error and you're presenting an error can you actually suggest the solution to the error experience is almost a a crutch these days right because like we have this inertia when we build products oh I'm going to design the error state in an error State the best that I can do is render the eror maybe if you were a a
product person that was going above and beyond you really care about the text I remember an excellent article from Wix about how they sweated the details of every error message but you have to ask yourself did I even need to give you a static error message or could I given you more help Elon famously has this Mantra of all user input is eror so you have to ask yourself when I created that text box when I created that input when I created that link was that necessary can I simplify further
